4 anaheim chili pepper -- chopped not seeded
3 Scotch bonnet chiles -- chopped not needed

place every thimg into a large pot cook for about 90 min run through a food mill to remove seeds and skin take remaing sauce and reduce to desired consistancy place an jars and prosess
