     1/2         pound  ground veal
     1/2         pound  ground pork
  16            ounces  mozzarella cheese -- shredded
  5             cloves  garlic -- roasted
  1           teaspoon  oregano
  1           teaspoon  thyme
  3        tablespoons  millk
  3             slices  bread -- broken up
  16                    manicotti -- cooked by packge direction
  2               jars  spaghetti sauce -- your choioce of sauce
in a laege skillet add a little oil and mash roasted garlic add meat and spices cook until meat is done
drain grease soak bread in milk
combine meat cheese and bread
cover bottom of tray with sauce fill shell with mix and layer in tray
cover with remaining sauce sprinkle with cheese bake at 350 for 30 min
